# Kauehi

**Your brands sell online. Your ERP stays in control.**

> Kauehi is a white-label e-commerce platform for distributors and retailers in French Polynesia. Each store runs under your brand and on your domain, syncs with your ERP (TEM, Odoo, Micronix, Iabako or WooCommerce) and can take XPF payments through PayZen. Devlab publishes, hosts and operates it from Tahiti.

## Three demos. Three worlds. The same engine.

Māhana, Poe and Pitaya are fictional brands, created to show Kauehi in action. Open them: each storefront has its own identity, a full catalog and its own buying journey.

### Demo stores (fictional brands)

- [Māhana](https://mahana-pf.vercel.app): Sunlit, editorial womenswear.
- [Poe](https://poe-pf.vercel.app): Jewellery and eveningwear in a dark setting.
- [Pitaya](https://pitaya-pf.vercel.app): Pop beachwear, promotions and quick shopping.

## The ERP leads. Every store follows.

Products, prices, stock, images and customers flow to the storefronts. Orders return to the ERP automatically. Five adapters already run in production: TEM, Odoo, Micronix, Iabako and WooCommerce.

Your ERP: TEM, Odoo, Micronix, Iabako, WooCommerce.

- catalog & stock
- orders to the ERP
- product images
- customers & accounts

## Different brands, connected to the same foundation.

Production brands remain anonymous. Their variety shows what Kauehi adapts without duplicating the platform.

- electronic security
- IT & consumer tech
- boating & marine
- marine equipment
- hospitality retail
- trade distribution
- bedding
- tyres & automotive

Verified: 8 distinct stores run in production, each with its own theme and deployment. Brands anonymized: sector only.

## From catalog to the first payment in three steps.

The e-commerce foundation already exists. The team connects your data, builds the storefront and opens the order journey.

1. **Connect the ERP**: Products, prices, stock, images and customers flow into Kauehi from your existing system.
2. **Build the storefront**: Your identity, domain and catalog create a storefront specific to each brand.
3. **Open for orders**: Customers pay in XPF through PayZen. Orders flow back into the ERP automatically.

## Pricing, plain and simple.

One setup, then one subscription per brand. Setup covers the brand, domain, ERP and catalog. The subscription covers hosting, maintenance, updates and support.

### Setup (once, per brand)

- Brand theme & identity
- Domain & go-live
- Wiring of your ERP
- Catalog migration

### Subscription (monthly, per brand)

- Hosting & supervision
- Maintenance & core updates
- PayZen online payments
- Local support, same time zone

### Group & bespoke (custom quote)

- Dedicated ERP connector
- Volumes & specific commitments
- E-commerce guidance

Amounts depend on the number of brands and the ERP to connect. The grid spells them out, figures included.

## Useful answers before a demo.

### How do I access the AI builder and MCP connection?

These capabilities are part of the page builder modules. Devlab assists with activation and agent connection. Granted permissions determine whether the agent can read, propose changes or apply a proposal. The scope available in your store is confirmed with the team before setup.

### How much does Kauehi cost?

Pricing has two components: a one-time setup per brand (theme, domain, ERP wiring, catalog migration), then a monthly subscription per brand covering hosting, maintenance, updates and support. The amounts are listed in the price grid sent on request.

### How long until my store is live?

The e-commerce foundation already exists and runs in production. Lead time depends on catalog size, the ERP to connect and the identity work required for the storefront. The team estimates it after reviewing those three elements.

### Which ERPs are compatible?

Five adapters run in production: TEM, Odoo, Micronix, Iabako and WooCommerce. The architecture is modular: if you use another system, Devlab can build a dedicated connector, on quote.

### What exactly does the platform sync?

ERP → store: products, prices, stock, images and customers. Store → ERP: orders are pushed back automatically. Four dedicated modules handle it, with no double entry.

### Is Kauehi software to install, or a service?

A service. Kauehi is hosted, maintained and operated by Devlab: you install nothing and maintain no code. A fix or improvement to the core benefits every brand in a single deploy.

### Who owns my brand, my domain and my data?

You do. The domain name is yours, so is the brand, and your data (catalog, customers, orders) remains your property and is handed back if you leave. The shared engine stays operated by Devlab: that is what makes the economics work.

### How do my customers pay online?

By card, through PayZen (Lyra), natively integrated: payments in XPF, automatic confirmation of each payment and end-to-end transaction tracking in the admin.

### Can I sell to professionals (B2B)?

Yes. The platform handles professional account opening with approval by the brand, and quote requests: a pro customer's cart becomes a quote handled in your admin.

### Where is the platform operated, and who supports it?

Kauehi is built and operated by Devlab from Tahiti (head office in Papeete, offices in Papeete and Punaauia), on a supervised cloud infrastructure. Support is local, in your time zone: not a ticket on the other side of the world.

### Can a single store use Kauehi, or do I need several brands?

One brand is enough: setup and subscription work from the first store. Multi-brand is an accelerator (each additional brand costs less than the previous one), not a requirement.

## Show us your brand, we'll show you your store.

Two ways forward. Both end with written figures.
