Useful answers before a demo.
01How much does Kauehi cost?+
Pricing has two components: a one-time setup per brand (theme, domain, ERP wiring, catalog migration), then a monthly subscription per brand covering hosting, maintenance, updates and support. The amounts are listed in the price grid sent on request.
02How long until my store is live?+
The e-commerce foundation already exists and runs in production. Lead time depends on catalog size, the ERP to connect and the identity work required for the storefront. The team estimates it after reviewing those three elements.
03Which ERPs are compatible?+
Five adapters run in production: TEM, Odoo, Micronix, Iabako and WooCommerce. The architecture is modular: if you use another system, a dedicated connector can be built by implementing the existing interface.
04What exactly does the platform sync?+
ERP → store: products, prices, stock, images and customers. Store → ERP: orders are pushed back automatically. Four dedicated modules handle it (erp-sync, erp-push, erp-image-sync, erp-customer-sync) — no double entry.
05Is Kauehi software to install, or a service?+
A service. Kauehi is hosted, maintained and operated by devlab: you install nothing and maintain no code. A fix or improvement to the core benefits every brand in a single deploy.
06Who owns my brand, my domain and my data?+
You do. The domain name is yours, so is the brand, and your data — catalog, customers, orders — remains your property and is handed back if you leave. The shared engine stays operated by devlab: that is what makes the economics work.
07How do my customers pay online?+
By card, through PayZen (Lyra), natively integrated: payments in XPF, confirmation webhooks, end-to-end transaction status tracking in the admin.
08Can I sell to professionals (B2B)?+
Yes. The platform handles professional account opening with approval by the brand, and quote requests: a pro customer's cart becomes a quote handled in your admin.
09Where is the platform operated, and who supports it?+
Kauehi is built and operated by devlab from Tahiti (head office in Papeete, offices in Papeete and Punaauia), on a supervised cloud infrastructure. Support is local, in your time zone — not a ticket on the other side of the world.
10Can a single store use Kauehi, or do I need several brands?+
One brand is enough: setup and subscription work from the first store. Multi-brand is an accelerator — each additional brand costs less than the previous one — not a requirement.
